This is because the game engine (gamebryo) was mainly optimized for singlecore/dual core. Also, performance with this many different mods will be lower than you expect. This requires a lot of time, roughly 3-4hours(perhaps double that if you read the readmes ), but I would highly recommend the investment of time, as these mods listed/featured in this guide are excellent and well worth the effort. This guide assumes that you are proficient with computers. Difficulty: Hard (should be no problem for most of you though, right?) Screen shots + video on second page of thread!
